What the work covers
Prodec provides interior painting and decorating for single rooms, full properties and commercial interiors. The scope is based on the condition of the existing surfaces, not just the number of coats required.
Before painting starts, floors, furniture and finished fittings are protected. Cracks, dents and failed caulk are made good, surfaces are sanded and the correct primer is used where required. That preparation is what gives the final coats a consistent finish.

We assess the surfaces, discuss colours and finishes, and confirm access and timing before pricing.
Stage 2
Preparation
Furniture is covered, floors are protected and surfaces are filled, sanded, caulked and primed as required.
Stage 3
Decoration
Ceilings, walls and woodwork are painted using the application method and number of coats specified.
Stage 4
Inspection
We review the finished rooms with you, complete any final touch-ups and leave the working area clean.

How long does it take to decorate a room?
A standard room covering walls, ceiling and woodwork often takes around one to two days, but the actual programme depends on surface condition, drying times, repairs and the coating system specified.
Do we need to move out while you work?
Usually not. We can work room by room, keep circulation routes clear and leave the working area clean and usable at the end of each day.
Do you supply the paint and materials?
Yes. The quotation can include trade-quality materials, or we can work to a specific brand, colour and finish that you have selected.
Can you repair damaged plaster before painting?
Minor filling and making good is part of normal preparation. Larger cracks, blown plaster or more extensive repairs are identified during the site visit and included clearly in the quotation if required.
