What the work covers
Good wallpapering starts with the wall. Old coverings, loose material, cracks and uneven areas are dealt with first so the finished paper is not asked to hide problems in the substrate.
We check roll quantities, batch numbers, pattern repeats and hanging instructions before installation. Depending on the wall and paper, preparation can include stripping, filling, sanding, sizing or lining before the finished wallcovering is hung.

Prepare the wall
Existing coverings are removed where required and the substrate is filled, sanded, sized or lined as needed.
Stage 3
Set out and hang
Plumb lines and pattern positions are established before the wallcovering is cut and installed.
Stage 4
Finish and inspect
Edges, seams, corners and cut-outs are checked and the room is left clean after installation.

How many rolls of wallpaper will I need?
That depends on wall dimensions, roll size, pattern repeat and matching requirements. We can calculate the quantity before ordering once the paper specification and room dimensions are known.
Can you hang wallpaper I have already bought?
Yes. Keep the product instructions, batch numbers and receipts. We check the paper and quantity before installation starts.
Do you remove old wallpaper?
Yes, where required. The wall is then assessed because stripping can expose filling, sanding or lining work that needs to be completed before new paper is hung.
Is lining paper worth using?
On older, repaired or uneven walls it can materially improve the finished surface. We recommend it when the substrate would otherwise show through or compromise the final result.
